About This Project

This private residence is located 1/4-mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Poised on remnants of a tertiary dune line, it takes advantage of ocean breezes and views overlooking a freshwater lake.

 

Site improvements for this family beach getaway included employing intricate woodworking skills to carve out numerous outdoor gathering spaces for: multi-level decks with integral seating, a new pavilion for grilling and picnics, an outdoor shower, and lakefront observation decks with casual seating and a hammock! The use of coastal-themed hardscape elements, lush Lowcounty and tropical plant material, and site lighting round out a beautiful compliment to this freshly renovated home.
