About This Project

Transformation of this existing beachfront property into a warm, cozy Mediterranean-styled home using repurposed and salvaged materials resulted in an elegant, understated finished product.

This secluded oceanfront Myrtle Beach residence is inspired by the character of a Tuscan villa.

The clean, simplistic lines of the hardscape, comprised of reclaimed brick, include a motor court and fountain courtyard – this space is reinforced with the use of a minimalistic planting palate, while thoughtfully selected gas lanterns and fountain serve as accents.  A lap pool with raised spa and casual furniture occupy the side yard’s ocean-view courtyard and there’s a large oceanfront lawn for family activities.
