About This Project

At this 15,000-square-foot private lakefront estate situated on 3.15 acres of land, Environmental Concepts prepared the site development plans: preserving much of the existing tree canopy; a lagoon-style pool with spa, infinity edge, waterslides, diving board, water cannon, and waterfall; terracing down to the lake edge to accentuate the dramatic grade change; a dock; driveways with built-in skatepark ramps, parking; a golf course putting green with several tee boxes; and an entrance court with custom-designed perimeter fence and ornamental gates.
