About This Project

Entitlement and site development plans were provided by Environmental Concepts for one of Myrtle Beach’s newest oceanfront developments with resort-style amenities perched on the second floor podium-level for sweeping views of the beach.

 

Hardscape and softscape plans include: the oceanfront promenade, lush landscape, reflection pool, yoga lawn and event space, large infinity-edge pools including spas with spillways, splash pad, and Baja deck, cabanas, poolside bar, cafe, and casual seating.

 

Phase 1 is now complete and Phase 2 is nearing construction.
