About This Project

Environmental Concepts was invited to lead a team in developing plans to reimagine the Public Realm for this prestigious South Strand resort community.

 

Our services included: committee meetings while developing plans and subsequent community presentations describing the phased plans for renovating the main entrance sequence, gate house area, main spine road, community monuments, and community rights-of-way, as well as new and relocated pedestrian pathways and amenities.
