About This Project

Best of luck trying to find a parking space in this highly successful addition to the Grande Dunes – a 12-acre neighborhood retail center anchored by a Publix, Blueberry’s Grill, and Starbucks!

 

Located at the corner of Kings Highway and 82nd Parkway, Environmental Concepts assisted in developing the pedestrian and outdoor dining experiences, providing plans for the hardscape, site furnishings, and a colorful, seasonally interesting landscape.
