About This Project

As a part of the project team, Environmental Concepts assisted in the design and permitting of this significant coastal shopping experience.

 

Retail should be about destinations, about going somewhere special to get something. As retail evolves, each new destination should deliver an increased level of experiences and, for Tanger Outlets of Myrtle Beach, this ever-popular and evolving project delivers on the resort retail experience.

 

Environmental Concepts, LLC’s roles included: developing code compliant and enhanced Planting Designs for the entire property, as well as coordinating with the architect and civil engineer on pedestrian and vehicular circulation design, site lighting, and aesthetic site features.
