About This Project

Located along Grande Dunes Boulevard at the corner of US 17 Business, this residential community flanks a large retention pond and common open space.

 

Inspired by a Cape Dutch architectural style, Environmental Concepts, LLC was tasked with envisioning an entrance sequence with garden walls, pedestrian paths, postal pavilion and bench swings, culminating in a serene setting that serves to create a pleasing sense of arrival and pride for the community.
