About This Project

Located less than one mile from the beach, Surf Estates is located on one of the last available tracts of land between US Highway 17 and the Atlantic Ocean.  This highly desirable location demanded entrance features that made dramatic use of small space.  Careful connection to pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes create a community integrated with the existing fabric of the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach.
